Privacy policy

Puro Plumbing Solutions collects the personal information you give us (name, phone, email, address, job details and any photos you send) so we can quote, schedule and carry out plumbing work, invoice you and follow up on it.

We store that information on secure Australian cloud infrastructure with encrypted backups. Quotes, invoices and receipts are also filed to our secure business document storage. We do not sell your information.

We share it only with the services we use to run the business: our payment provider (Square) when you pay by card, our email and SMS providers to send you confirmations and reminders, and our accountant for tax purposes. When our team uses AI tools to help draft a quote, describe a job or read a photo, the relevant job details or photos may be processed by our AI provider (OpenAI) under business terms that do not allow it to keep or train on that data.

Marketing messages are optional. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link and every marketing text accepts STOP. Job-related messages (a booking confirmation, an invoice) are not marketing.

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing puroplumbingsolutions@gmail.com. We keep invoices and payment records for the period required by Australian tax law.

This website records anonymous page views (path, referrer, approximate location, device type). It does not use advertising cookies.
