Terms of service

Quotes. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the quote date and cover the work described. Additional work discovered on site, hidden damage or changes you request are quoted separately before we proceed.

Payment. Invoices are due within 7 days of the invoice date unless agreed otherwise in writing. We accept card (online or on site), bank transfer and cash. Materials remain the property of Puro Plumbing Solutions until paid in full.

Access and site. You agree to provide safe access to the work area at the agreed time. If we cannot start because access was not available, a call-out fee may apply.

Workmanship. All work is carried out by a licensed plumber in accordance with Australian Standards and the NSW Plumbing Code. Workmanship is guaranteed under Australian Consumer Law. Manufacturer warranties apply to supplied products.

Cancellations. Please give at least 24 hours notice to move or cancel a booked job.

Website. Information on this site is general. Prices shown as “from” are indicative and every job is quoted individually.
